1. Product Availability

All flower arrangements are subject to availability based on seasonal supply and fresh flower stock. In the event certain flowers or packaging materials are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers or materials of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall style and colour theme.

2. Fresh Flower Variations

As flowers are natural products, slight variations in colour, size, bloom stage, and arrangement style may occur. Product photos are for illustration purposes and actual arrangements may differ slightly while preserving the overall design concept.

3. Order Confirmation

Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment and receipt of confirmation from RS Fresh Flowers. Customers are advised to ensure all order details provided are accurate before checkout.

4. Delivery Service

We provide flower delivery across Klang Valley, subject to coverage availability.

Delivery timings are estimated and may be affected by:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic conditions
• Peak festive periods
• Unexpected operational circumstances

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed.

5. Same Day Delivery

Same day delivery is available for selected products and locations, subject to order cutoff times and stock availability.

Orders placed after the cutoff time may be delivered on the next available delivery slot.

6. Recipient Availability

Customers are responsible for ensuring the recipient is available at the delivery location during the selected delivery period.

If the recipient is unavailable:

• Flowers may be left with a receptionist, guardhouse, neighbour, or safe location where appropriate
• Redelivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required

7. Self Pickup Orders

For pickup orders, customers are requested to collect within the agreed collection time to maintain flower freshness and quality.

8. Changes & Cancellations

Any order amendments or cancellations must be requested as early as possible.

Once flowers are prepared, arranged, or dispatched, cancellations and refunds may not be possible.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases involving:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged product upon arrival
• Major quality concerns

Claims must be reported together with supporting photos within 24 hours of delivery.

10. Message Cards

Customers are responsible for ensuring message card content is accurate and appropriate. RS Fresh Flowers reserves the right to decline messages deemed offensive or inappropriate.

11. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, product images, branding, logos, and designs belong to RS Fresh Flowers and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
