At RS Fresh Flowers, customer satisfaction is important to us. As flowers are perishable and time-sensitive products, refunds or replacements are only applicable under specific circumstances.

Refunds or replacements may be considered for:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Damaged arrangements upon delivery
  • Major quality-related concerns

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery together with clear supporting photos for verification purposes.

Due to the nature of fresh flowers and customised arrangements, we are unable to provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Minor variations in flower types, colours, or wrapping materials
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or recipient unavailability
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by customers

Once flowers have been prepared, arranged, or dispatched, cancellations and refunds may not be possible.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method.
